How do I build up my pecs?!


Question: Ok, right now I'm on the freshmen football team, but I'm too weak on the bench press. The highest I did was 95 lbs. Whats the fastest way to build up my pecs? Preferably something I can do at home like pushups or something. Be specific about the form and how it should be done properly. Do I have to change my diet? Do I have to do a lot of push ups? Help me! I need it to be a fast way to build them up.

JOIN THE ARMY!!...no jkjk..i had to do that to pass the military stuff.....honestly just do 150-200 pushups each day before school (Straight through, no break), each day and increase it by 50-75 each week. Hard work but it pays off

Any type of push ups, as long as you feel the strain. Do like, 50 every half hour.

the only way is to exercise, do the bench press and butterflys. just keep at it

If you want to do push ups, do push up and spread your arms out more than usual. And yes, do lots of them.

eat more carbohydrates and do push-ups every morning and night at least 250- 300 a day...

DIPS.... make sure you lean forward... they murder your pecs
