Metabolism?!
Question: I was used to only eating 3 meals a day. I read somewhere that I should have smaller meals but 5 meals a day. Now that I'm doing this, I lost a few pounds but I'm always hungry. I eat at about 6 or 7 and go to bed usually around 11. I knbow that if I eat 3-4 hours before going to bed or I gain weight. When I go to bed I feel hungry but I don't want to eat because I'm trying to get down between 110-130. How can I prevent my hunger? Anything else I can do to speed my metabolism up. I have 5 skmall meals a day, drink some water and green tea, and I excerxise a little.

drink more water. eat plenty of fiber, because fiber is filling and you will stay full longer
Drink lots and lots of water. I do that at dinner so i dont eat alot and it helps alott!
