I drink 8 glasses of water a day, with little junk food, and I excercise?!

wow that is so weird im 5'4 13 and 120lbs..um well i don't think it does...you'll probably even lose weight...

Water doesn't balance out any diet...it just keeps you hydrated. If you eat more junk food then necessary, I suggest cutting down a bit.
However, you are at a perfect weight right now so you don't really need to be worried.

Drinking water is good for your skin and brain. Too much water will just be excreted (you will see this from the colour of pee - yellow to see-through).

No it doesn't help at all. All that happens is that your not going to get dehydrated, and you will need to go to the bathroom more.

Water is not a diet.

But hey you answered my question about what do you think and I just wanted to tell you that my hair is naturally blonde, I didn't dye it. In my family because of our heritage are hair gets darker as we get older. Irish when we are young Russian when we are older. But thanks for your answer.
