Which vitamins are good to take when on a diet?!
Question: i would suggest cod liver oil capsules(1 pill a day)..they have a good combo of vitamins A,D & E which will maintain the safety and strength of your joints and muscles..of course, dieting alone wont do any good..please exercise in order for your body to utilize these vitamins properly..you may also opt for calcium,zinc and vitamin C(100 - 200 mg/day will do) supplements if at all you feel you are losing stamina..good luck
