Ugh...
Okay, there isn't really one magic exercise for each muscle group...if there was, then you would see everyone doing the same routines every week. The reality is, your body responds best to random routines, when you're constantly switching your workouts around.
Heres what you can do. Split the body parts into their own seperate days. (chest- mon) (back-tues) (legs-wednes) (shoulders&arms - fri)
Next, find a variety of exercises to perform, constantly swtiching routines...
chest: flat+incline+decline press, flyes, wide-grip dips
back: pull-ups, lat pulldown, rows, deadlifts
legs: powercleans, squats, leg curls, leg extensions, lunges
shoulders: military press, rear/side/front raises, shrugs
arms: standing/preacher curls, skullcrushers, pushdowns
Feel free to use barbells or dumbbells for anything listed above...variety is key.

The list could be endless...the simple answer is to say that it depends on your goal. if I were you I would buy the book 'Strength training Anatomy' as it shows which muscles are used with almost every exercise in the gym, it is a great book that i always refer to when creating a fitness plan.
