Yes you can.
The best way to slim down your thighs is low intensity exercise, for a long time - this burns body fat.
Jogging is very good as your legs and bum are the main body parts working so you will lose weight from these places.
Low intensity cycling and swimming will also target these areas.
Swimming is good because it doesn't put pressure and strain on your muscles like other exercises can.
Also try dancing and aerobics if you wan't to tone your thighs up! xxx

Sorry but you have to lose weight all over, you can't lose weight from specific areas. You can tone up the muscles though.

Like the TV ad, you dont get to choose where the fat goes unfortunately. But general weightloss/toning should reduce your overall weight and your thighs should get a bit lighter and more toned. Focus on excersize that uses the muscles in your legs/thighs I suppose but overall excersize/workout will help
