Loosing weight is more about what you eat than the amount of exercise you do. Keep a diary of everything you eat everyday for about a week. Then look at ways to reduce the amount of calories supplement this with exercise but exercise alone will not work. Diet alone can work. Diet and exercise are best. Set realistic goals like 2 or 3 pounds a week and a long term goal of 10 weeks. Know how many fat, calories, and sugars are in everything you eat. No more sodas, candy, and no more fast food.

go out for a run every day and drink lots of water. weight train 3 times a week and also be sure to eat enough (many people will starve themselves and that will only make it harder for your body to lose weight). good luck :)
