I wanna loose 25 lbs and im 14. how do i do it..?!

eat healthy while you can't do any physical activity. lots of fruits and veggies.. and cut out all beverages except water.

when your body is healed, exercise about an hour every day.. this can be split up into segments. (30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes in the afternoon, whatever fits your life)

don't focus on losing weight, focus on being healthy.

and remember, this is NOT going to happen over night.. or in a week.. and probably not even in a month.

If you can't do exercise thats not good. So your gonna have to limit your food to 1200 calories. Its okay since your not using that many calories for exercise or walking or anything like that. When you can exercise go to 1600-1800.

Don't try to lose weight if you're that young. Just eat right, and do simple slow excersize. Walking is an excellent fat burner

Eat less rice, more vegetables, No vegetable oil (that includes sesame oil) and if you want to lose weight later through exercise, you are going to have to do short bursts of intense exercise and NOT extended workouts. Extended workouts train your body to store up energy and keep the fat on, contrary to popular belief.

Always cook with raw butter or coconut oils; never vegetable oils, olive oil, canola oils or other non-saturated fats. Saturated fats are the way to go if you want to be healthy and lose weight.
