I am sick, and have lost over 10 pounds in 1 week?!?!

Question: Hey!
I'm a 14 year old male, 6 foot 2 inches tall, I had my growth spurt actually about 2 years early, and last monday I weighed in at 196 lbs (I'm not overweight, I'm very muscular for my age), and I have been sick all week and haven't felt like eating as much, which is strange, I eat alot. This morning when I weighed myself again I came in at 180 lbs. Is it because I measured myself in the morning as opposed to at night when I found 196? I know losing weight that fast isn't healthy. I'm just a bit worried.
Also, Happy Easter everyone!

when your body is really dehydrated (like when you're sick), you lose a lot of weight really fast. after my dad ran his first marathon, during which he didn't drink enough water, he lost 26 pounds in, like, a day.

so the best thing for you to do is drink a lot of water and make sure you get in some good electrolytes like gatorade or something.

if the problem persists, dont hesitate to see a doctor because this could be an indication of a thyroid problem or a metabolic problem as well.

think you should talk to your parents. loss of appetite and loosing weight that fast might be serious. it isnt healthy but i dont know what to tell ya. eat some of your fav foods. if you dont have an appetite thennn tell your parents. also try drinking green tea. and drinking water and resting. exercising i mean. best answerr? good luck and happy easturrr.

its not that bad, once you get well then resume eating well then try you will be fine
u r very tall
