Need to lose weight in 2 weeks? please help?!


Question: i'm 15 about 139 last time i checked i might be a pound or two off. but i wan't to lose at least 10 pounds for this event coming up and i want people to notice that i've lost some weight. please nothing too dangerous that will hurt my body alot. something quick and easy please. oh and if you can give me some choices on what i should eat at school for lunch..i think that's one reason why i've gained weight.

well its gonna be pretty tough to loss 10 pounds in 2 weeks..
what i would do is,
breakfast: oatmeal or kellogs( its fat free) with skim milk.
at skool i would eat like an apple and a granola bar..
stay away from soda, coffee, juice..only drink water and regular green tea with no sugar..
eat more veggies and friuts, hole grain bread..
dont eat junk ( chips, chocolate, candy,............)
stay away from fried foods..
no eating after 6 pm,..
and for exercise, go jogging ( 30mins-1hr),..do 30 mins of ur own exercise at home before u go to bed..(pushups, sit ups,....)

so after that event if u start eating junk, and other foods that contain alot of calories and fat, u will gain the weight back..

Eat every thing your body needs you can go to mypyrmid.com to find out that and also Get them from low calorie sorces and eat whole grains and if you get hungry after that fill up on vegies. Dont eat too maney carbs or fat. Don't eat the skin of pultry. Most importantly find out what a correct severing size is. And lastly exersize.

go to www.mypyramid.gov to find out exactly how much you should consume nad how much activity you need. when you are watchin TV maybe you should do sit ups or tune into Fit TV. Wake up a little early and put is some stretches or wahtever sport you like. afterschool do a routine that you will stick to. diet wise, stick to a 1,800 calorie diet. use a diet journal to help. record what you ate and it's calories. figure how much you went over and burn that. record the exercises and calories burnt. write in it daily. ask a counselor for school nutrition.
my food-
i eat a bowl of mini wheats that have lots of fiber with an able on the side for breakfast, school i have no extras for lunch, snack is a handful of nuts and dinner i don't over eat.
sometimes thirst is mistooken for hunger. so drink all the time to make sure.
the average person needs 8 glasses a day! ha!

and check some past questions about BMI and overweight/underweight to find out. and check your doctor or gym teacher to make sure dieting and exercising is okay. you cna damage yourself or hurt yourself a lot!

not going to happen in 2 wks...
even if you totally stopped eating,,which i would not recommend..
best you could do is total fruit diet
and small snacks of peanut butter and i mean small
mite lose 4 or 5 in 2 wks...
