If you cut soda and Excercise how much weight can you lose?!

Question: Like a estimate.. i drink around like 3-4 soda's a day (Yes i know it's bad.. but you could say im "addicted") But im also sick of my weight so i can cut it out!

So say i cut it for a week, and exercise on a
stationary bike for a hour and a half each day,
and play the game Dance Dance Revolution on light/standard for a hour and a half.
By the end of the week how much weight would i have lost?
(Only consuming around 1500-1600 cals.)

At 179lbs.

And also would it be utterly terrible if i have one soda on the weekends if i workout more?

Consider this: I am overweight and have been drinking at least 4 - 6 cans of Mountain Dew a day for quite some time. I took a look at the Atkins plan and used it to basically eliminate all pop from my diet. Have lost some, but not a great deal at this point...but the exercise hasn't been too extreme. The idea is to get yourself onto a healthier diet as a ROUTINE, not just I'll do this for x amount of time to lose y amount of weight. Get rid of the pop (yes, it can be done...I'm about as bad as you can get!) and work at it consistantly. You will probably see the weight come off rather well. Anything over 5 lbs a week is dangerous though, so be careful.

Good luck in hitting your goal!
