How many sit ups a day or crunches a day for a six pack in 2 weeks?!


Question: Atm i got a rather perfect six pack on tense and its better when i ebnd down aswell.
My diet is good, EXCLUDING DIET, i want a answer how many sit ups or exercises related to that in 2 weeks to get a six pack, i eat veg and other good things, with some sugary things occassioanlly/sometimes.

Just tell me for an average 13 yr ol's diet for 2 weeks how long for a six pack?Ive been working out alot anyway.

Just a straight answer please, with rests.Please!

2 weeks? I can't say "impossible" but depending on your current physique it can be pretty near impossible or somewhat feasible. For a very visible and defined six-pack your body fat needs to be below 8% and if your abdominal muscles aren't very developed then your body fat needs to be even less.

Crunches alone aren't enough, you'll need a variety or abdominal workouts. In general, workout your abs until they're so sore you can barely sit up. If your abs are too sore to workout the next day, don't force it, let them rest. Your muscles don't grow while working out, it's during the resting period that you grow.

your to younge to be working out so i suggest u stop and instead go for more of a fit look buy doing alot of running which will loose the fat on the stomache and muscle will show threw

it is impossible to get 6 pack abs in two weeks. srry to break the news to you but it would take months and for sum ppl years to get six pack abs. unless you want to use steriods.

Well your best bet is to just do as many as you can until your stomach is sore and you can't go on for the day. Try different types of sit ups, like elbow-to-knee, and captain chairs.

do at least 4 sets a day. each set should contain 20 sit ups. i do the same and have my pectoris abdominis nuscle.

its probably impossible. but try 600 to start off with.

it's not all in the sit ups... you gotta run and swim so you can lose the extra weight on your stomach. Sit ups just make your abs show more. You get a six pack by having less that 5% or something body fat.
