Is my workout plan alright?!

Question: A few days ago I started working out on the machines we have in the free fitness center at the apartment complex I live in. I work out on the preset programs, one being a 20 minute walk on the treadmill which goes between about 2.5 to 3.5 mph changing every minute or so. This one I feel is a bit weak because I'm 18 and I feel its a bit too easy for me, so my first question is should I speed this up? Second I workout on the crossramp for a 30 minute program which is designed to target gluteals I suppose, not going up in resistance but simply in height every few minutes. Also between machines I do a few sets of crunches/pushups/etc. Just enough to keep me from getting distracted by the tv in there(which actually helps a lot with going because it keeps my workout from getting boring) So far I've really enjoyed this plan and I've been doing it for the past 3 nights. Anyway I mostly need suggestions for what I should add/etc so I get the most out of my workout without overdoing it. Thanks.

yeah that seems pretty good.

if the treadmill is a bit easy you could change it to 3 to 4 mph instead.

but apart from that its really good :)

or even 5 to 6 mph once you get a little fitter

Honestly no one will be able to answer this for you. You just need to experiment and find a workout plan that works for you. People are different so you need to take into consideration that workout plans will be different as well!

u should take Muscle Milk. u can get that at a GNC.

hope that helps,
