I was going to try it but the food does not look good

One of my girlfriends tried Nutrisystem, she didn't lose any weight.
She only lost weight on the Atkins diet.

I haven't tried it, but I lady I worked with did. She said the food was decent. The portions were soo small thoguh that she had to supplement it.

My sister used it and dropped like 60 pounds!!
It works really well... especially with exercise.
IT does not taste good though!
It's not terrible but by no means good... it just depends if your willing to put up with some bad food to drop some weight!

Some of the foods taste kind of gross, but it works. Ever heard of the actress Danielle fishel? She was Topanga in the show 'Boy meets world'. She used it and it worked for her.

One of my dear friends went on the Nutrisystem diet. He lost a bunch of weight on it within a couple of months. He liked the food and said it wasnt bad at all.

Well to be quite honest with you Nutrisystem food is horrible! Especially the breakfast foods!!! The muffins are so dry my dog wouldn't eat them!!! If you want more proof look ath how much Nutrisystem food is on Ebay!!!

Nutrisystem works. You just have to stick to it. You have to know which foods to choose. Stick to the simple foods like Pizza..most of the foods are gross. It's basically a 1200 calorie diet. You can do that on your own with better tasting foods.

It probably would taste bad if you're used to a lot of high fat, high sugar, high salt meals. You'd get used to it, though. You'd probably be better off eating a lot of vegetables and cutting all your other food intake in half. But vegetables aren't all that tasty to people who are not used to eating them without slathering them in butter or salad dressing, either.

Prepared food diets really only work for people whose portions and food choices are outrageous to begin with.

got television? read the fine print at the bottom of their commercials? "results not typical"
