Is Vitamin water healthy to drink as a meal replacement along with fruit and veg!
Question: Usually "water" with vitamins in it has a ton of sugar, or fake sweetener, and fruit has a lot of sugar too, so that's double overkill. Vitamin water might be better than soda, but that's really not saying much. Try those carnation instant breakfast powders and mix them with milk, or even just a bowl of fortified, not sugary, cereal if you want a meal replacement. Both are low calorie and have a lot of nutrients in them. Adding vegetables to any meal can never hurt, since most people don't ever get enough.

I don't think so, but I'm not sure. I think that it is really artificial and has loads of sugar/artificial sweeteners.
Sorry, but not sure. Talk with a dietician (maybe 1 on here) before you do this.
