No your too skinny and your perfect. look be one of those girls who's thinks their fat, and then turn themselfs into bones. when they are not fat and are fine.

plus you are only 12 years old don't worry about this . because your going to get taller'' when your older just like your parents genes , or your other family members. and then your body will look difference and find. and everything will be ok.

remember 109 pounds is good for your height. also if your parents or family members are tall. well you will be just as tall as them because of your family genes.

NO! You are not fat. At 12, I weighed 93 pounds but was 4 inches smaller that you. The pound difference is 16 so basically that's just 4 pounds per 1 inch. I'm VERY skinny so you're probably right on target! (Do the math.)

Honestly you are NOT fat. Your BMI is average! Truthfully you do NOT need to lose weight. Stop worrying about your body and try to change whatever it is that is making you feel like you need to lose weight. Love the body you have because it's perfect just the way it is!

i am going to turn twelve in about a month and i am almost ninety pounds but i am like 5 feet maybe you do but i cant tell by the weight it is just if u think u look good

oh my goodness, please, do not worry about your weight at this point in your life. you are still going through puberty, and your weight will change, trust me. i have no idea if you are fat; height and weight tells nothing because a lot of that weight might be muscle. i have a friend who is teeny tiny and about 4 inches shorter than me but weighs the same as me b/c of her muscle. as long as you're exercising every day and eating right, you'll be fine.

at 5'1 109 is not fat. If I were in your shoes, I would adopt very healthy eating habits. Lots of fruits and veggies, small amounts of meat and low carbs. Then get plenty of excersize and stop worrying. sounds like you are your own worst critic, and you need to stop doing that.

Girls your age commonly start to worry about this sort of thing. Be sure to talk to your family doctor about it if it continues to be a pressing issue for you. But rest assured, on paper (and I'm sure in real life) you are not overweight.

NOT AT ALL. don't listen to the fools, I am a trainer. Just remember to eat ur fruits and veggies and get some exercise.
