Fitness Question...?!
Question: ok so first of all I plan on doing an hour of cardio everyday... but my question is about weight traning... i found this tank top arms work out i really like on demand and it works the entire upper body and i combine that with a buns and thigh work out... but there is also this bikini ready workout that targets the whole body that i really like (but i feel like it doesnt target my arms enough)... i only do stuff with weights every other day... do you think i should alternate between tank top arms and the bikini ready one... or just stick with one of these two... im really torn!!

I would alternate the workouts. Doing the same workout everyday will get boring and not have the same effect.
i think you should just do 3 full body workouts per week, and 3 cardio sessions per week.
