Would you consider this a reasonably healthy diet? Is your diet healthy?!


Question: Breakfast:
Museli with soy milk.
A glass of (no added sugar )orange juice.

Lunch:
Fruit salad (strawberries, nectarines/oranges plums, blackberries.)

Afternoon snack:
Sliced tomato and Cheese

Dinner/Tea/Evening meal:
Meat of some sort (chicken, lamb, pork, steak etc) With salads or four/five vegetables.
(I carry a drink bottle around with me)

How could I make myself healthier, advice appreciated?

Yes thats great.....real milk is better than soy....soy milk is added sugar etc so have normal skim milk,

add a handful of nuts with your lunch for protein

You need to watch this show on TLC called I Can Make You Thin. You can learn a lot from it. He explains how you can eat whatever you want and still be thin. It really works!
