What happened to my BODY during my DIET??????!


Question: I'm 16, 5'6 and I weight 130. I lost 10 lbs. by eating 1460 calories per day for 4 weeks and exercising(bike and occasional cardio for 25-35 min. 5-6 days per week.) But it all came of my theighs only! And I STILL have my big butt! What should I do? I look terrible! Skinny on top and bottom, but NOT in the middle! What should I do? Take off 5 more lbs. maybe?

although you cant spot reduce the weight fat does come off different areas at different % of body fat, for women it's generally face > boobs > hips > arms and lower legs > stomach > then lastly thighs and bum as these are the main storage areas, so maybe an extra 5lbs will help.

I kinda doubt it though, your bmi is already 21 with the stats 5'6 and 130lbs...that would suggest that this is just your body shape and you wont be able to do much about it :s

I hate to tell you this, but it sounds like that is just your body shape, there is no way to target fat loss to a specific area, I am gonna suggest some weight training to build up some muscles, it may help you look more proportionate

also people pay thousands of dollars for plastic surgery for that thang :D

Tone up your bottom, and since you were on the bike, you were SITTING on it, were you not?

Pump up the running cardio a bit and find a few exercises to tone up the butt. That should work. You've been doing a spectacular job so far, so you can definitely do this.
