My Easter binge.... :...(?!


Question: I'm 16, 5'6 and I weigh 130 lbs. I lost 10 lbs so far. I was doing so good! But yesterday and today I really screwed up. I just don't know what came over me the last two days. Everone running around screaming at what they found. Candy on the table, candy on the floor, people throwing candy at each other! My moms hommade spagetti, and delicious (really heavy) wheat bread. People saying "Its easter! EAT SOME! C'MON!!!!!" And I really just caved in. This is what I ate...

Chocolate candy, I stayed away from everything except chocolate. M&MS ect.

LOTS of BREAD! No butter though, but peanut butter instead(the kind with nothing but peanuts, no salt)

A "Dole" peach parfait

Two bananas and 3 1/2 hard boiled egg whites.

I did the best I could, really! I just feel so bad now! I know people keep saying I don't need to loose weight, but I don't want to gain either. Will I gain weight from these two days? I feel so bad, what came over me!?

Please help!

You are fine! Most everyone indulges during holidays.
It takes over 3000 calories to gain a pound. You did not take in that much, I am sure. Smile and enjoy your Easter! :)

Get over yourself!! You shouldnt be loosing weight anyway. You are already underweight. God you only get one life live it to its fulliest eat what you want! Who cares everyone cheats on holidays. Stop dieting you are already underweight!

Since you are eating right on a daily basis then one day of cheating wont hurt at all :)

Everyone is human and bound to cave in every now and then while trying to get fit. I actually lost weight quick and I had 2 pieces of chocolate a day with my diet......its actually good for the body to have something sweet or fulfilling once in awhile, this Easter binge you had wont make you gain a ton of weight. dont worry :-)

You need to cut yourself some slack girl! Don't worry about it. Sometimes it's good to have cheat days. It's speed up your metabolism. I was aweful the last two days with food so this week I'm just gonna workout twice as hard and go light on food.

I just came back from an Easter brunch, and ..lord almighty, i binged like it was my last meal before execution. you name it, i had it. caviar? yup. chocolate mousse? yes. potatoe something or other? yeah. ratatouille-glop-that-tasted-like-heave? um...yes. belgian waffle? ...ok, only half. carrots, strawberries, bread, crab, fruit tart, cheesecake, yogurt, wafer cookies, pudding, egg benedict,



holy cr*ap.
i know what you are going through, and the only thing that I'm thinking right now is that I can't possibly gain more than what all that sh!t weighed in pounds, right? so i'm guessing you won't put on any more than 2 lbs, max, and that can be dealt with. stay strong

girl what I can say is dont do this for thanks giving!!

alright alright here is what u must do. U cant eat that much without punishing yourself and thats THE rule when ur on a diet. Make urself exercise twice the amount you usually do for a two days, but u must not stop eating because if u dont eat anything ur body will go into starvation mode and keep all the fat. and if u throw up ur metabolism gets slower so dont do that either. Be hard on you self but dont hurt yourself.
