I dont even get cravings as much as i used to, i dont wanna become anorexic but I can't eat anything, when i grab something i put it back because im scared to gain the weight back twice as much, and this is a serious question, not for attention, please help.

Start out slow. A glass of milk, a bowl of soup. Increase your activity level, and eat accordingly.

Your not gonna gain more weight your just gonna gain all your weight back. If you stop eating and lose 5 pounds when u start eating again your gonna gain that back. Thats y u have to maintain a diet.

We all need food to survive. What we eat is what we are, so eating food that is healthy does not make you fat especially if you exercise as well. Your idea that the food is going to make you bigger is all in your mind and you should see a Dr to have that fixed. One thing is for sure that if you don't eat you are going to die and damage your organs. So go and see Proffesional help at once.
