I'm getting fatter! Please help me!?!


Question: I've been eating alot. I'm eating too many calories and I can't burn them. My thighs are getting big. And one of my pants felt small. And I was putting on another pair of pants and the zipper wouldn't go up from my belly. I'm eating too much junk food. I've gained 20 pounds. I can't stop eating junk food so what can I do?

Find healther subtutions. I used to eat a lot of junk food, so when ever I got the urge to eat junk food I ate pudding instead. here are some more ideas

Drink water to fill your stomach

Eat fruit - that is good for you and it is sweet

Tea - it works for me

Meal suplments - healthy and fill you up ( drink / eat them to replace a meal, Slim body works good and tastes good)

Stop eating junk food.

Thats like saying: Okay i take crack, and now im slowly dying. I was fine BEFORE TAKING THE DAMN CRACK though. How do i stop myself from slowly dying without stopping my daily crack regimen?

The only one who can help you right now is yourself. Look at yourself in front of the mirror every time you are about to eat junk and ask yourself if that is the way you want to look.

Okay you should probably start to take things slowly. Say substitute fizzy pop for water or fruit juice. Or fizzy water and fruit juice. When you feel hungry eat, don't starve yourself because you'l find you start to crave the food you're trying to cut down on. Instead of buying sweets when you want a snack try eating fruit instead. Try sweeter fruits like red apples and strawberries and progress, you could even make a check list and rate them. When it comes to meals it's much more tastier and rewarding if you have made it yourself from scratch. If you don't have alot of time to prepare food you could freeze and save for another day. And don't eat if your bored or feel full, then is the time to stop. If you feel bored do ten star jumps instead :D
