that sounds ok. but you should try to eat more, like special-k for breakfast isn't that much, you should have like a banana or a yogurt with it. and dont stress about the chocolate.! thats nothing. no you wont pick up weight! what you're eating is very little. but i guess its fine for a recovering person. keep up the good work :) and good luck !

I don't think it's bad, but I would change the snack.
Maybe snack on pretzels, baby carrots or fruit? There are a lot of healthy snacks out there.

Hi Cherye

I am going to assume you have a eating disorder, but it's okay you can beat it. Your menu looks good and it is a start, but it is the way someone who wants to loose weight would eat. You are doing good and it is a start, all you have to do is add a little bit more to your diet. Eat what you can and just add a little something every day until you are comfortable with eating and you will be good. If you are looking to gain lots of weight then eat more starches, white bread, white rice, french fries if you can handle the oil and maybe some lean meats, that would be for protein and muscle building.
Slow and easy and you will be fine, try eating things that taste good to you, that will help with keeping it down....
Good luck Cherye and take care....Keep the Faith....PEACE....cya....
