Loading phase when using creatine?!
Question: im 15yrs old should i lessen the recomended intake for the loading phase like instead of taking 4gs take 2 a day
no lectures im tired of gettin them

there shouldn't be a loading phase.. it is just excess creatine.. which is not good for you system.. then it gets discreated as creatinine waste product..... just take a regular dose..
not lecturing u dude, just being straight up... and don't take creatine monohydrate.. too thick, your body does not absorb it.. take a more advanced creatine.. and no loading! cycle it for 6 weeks and come off
why would you need to change it?
