How come when i do bicep curls, it only burns on the lower arm and not my bicep?!


Question: it doesnt burn my bicep, why? i make sure my elbows are close into myself.....

im assuming your using free weights...

you need to keep your arm on like a platform of some sort so that it forces you to use your bicep only, not any other part of your arm.

Cause you are not using proper form and not keeping your wrists straight. Also when you are doing them concentrate your mind on the bicep muscle and that helps also

you may be doing the exercise wrong and to really work out that muscle you have to work out your bicep and tricep
