soup for lunch .. it only has about 250-300 calories max
breakfast... cereal is low calorie and so is the quaker oat so simple porridge satchets.. only bout 216calories per serving

wheat bread toasted with jelly and a hard boiled egg, yogurt and a granola bar, a bagel with cream cheese, and oatmeal and yogurt.

Weight Control Quakers oatmeal is good. I like the maple sugar flavor. It's like 160 a packet I think...about 3 g sugar if I'm not mistaken.
