just do it once a month. any more than that and your body will start to rebel...by storing fat :[

tips to start: just start now! (or if it's at night....the next day...whatever)

don't eat anything, and drink water! haha, well, you might also consider drinking green tea, as that has no calories, and it speeds up your metabolism, which you will definitely want if you're not going to be eating anything. so.....yeah, that's about it...I fasted for 1 1/2 days, and lost 2 lbs just in that time, so hopefully you'll have some good results too!!

dont do that..its gonna screw uhp ur matabolism and then once u start eating again its gonna store it all as fat....
