That is totally normal- when I get home I drink some water and have some carrots or an apple and it helps. For endurance I recommend long-distance and tempo running, the stair master, and some weight training.
I have it happen all the time - especially for salty carbs - so I eat some triscuts with a spoon of cottage cheese on them - I'd have to think its normal, everyone I know gets them to some degree.
Couldn't help you with the endurance part though.....that is about the only thing that I seem to have naturally. Goodness knows its not muscles
