Here is my food intake. Is this healthy or unhealthy? What should I continue/cha!

Question: No soft drinks- I can't remember the last time I had a soft drink.
I mostly drink tea, pineapple orange banana juice, and propel water.

As far as food goes... I've most recently been eating macaroni hamburger helper every day for lunch. For dinner I usually eat Macdonald's spicy chicken or roman noodles.. or really any type of noodles. (just happens to be the only thing in the pantry lol)

So, how should I change my diet? And what about it is good the way it is?

I'm not trying to lose weight.. I actually wouldn't mind gaining some. But for the most part, I'd like to start eating healthy. Just a few things that I can do here and there to improve my health:)

Thanks in advance.

Oh and I hardly ever eat candy, and if I do it's sour patch kids... and I don't like chocolate unless it's brownies or chocolate ice cream which is only on occasion. And I'm never really up early enough for breakfast, but if I am, I usually eat eggs, some bacon, or some cereal.

My kind of food! But if you want to feel energetic and have nice skin, you might add some things to get good balance.

You're pretty heavy on the pasta and noodles. They don't have much nutrition. How about for lunch adding at least 4 ounces of protein like lean chicken, or tuna on whole wheat bread.

Add some fruits and veggies, and switch to a higher fiber carb. Try reading labels on what you eat and see what's in it. You don't want too much empty stuff in your diet that doesn't give you energy and vitality.

You don't have to change everything in one day, just start by being aware of whether your food is serving your body or just satisfying your cravings at the time. Remember overall, if man made it, it's probably not good for you. Canned, boxed food is usually lacking in the vital nutrition you need to feel good, look good. Eat to live, don't live to eat!
