Might this help with working arm muscles?!


Question: Often- at least three or four times a day (started recently)- I've started to throw my hacky sack. Sounds silly, I know, but I'm just kind of curious.
Basically, I'll lean back/lie on my back, and toss the hacky sack straight at the ceiling, mainly using my right arm but sometimes my left, and then catch it. The form I use to throw it is your typical baseball-ish type throw. I'll do this for about five to fifteen minutes every now and then.
So, out of curiousity, might this help to buld one's arm muscles over time? I know it would be minimal if any, but I'm still interested.

after a long time this would be like any action you do althe time you would tone those particular muscles to adn extreme point although you wouldnt see it you would have toned those muscles adn extremely streghtned them.my examples adn guiatrist, mechanics,and runners.in hter extacises they have all toned those muscle to adn extreme poit and also not just the average of the examples but the ones who have been doing whatever they do for years
