How much protein does a 14 year old girl need?!

Question: I am a vegetarian, I don't like eggs or cheese. How can I be sure to get enough protein? What should I eat? Thanks

Weird, but there's a lot of things that you can take to get protein.

Soy milk/tofu, beans, nuts, vegetables (cucumbers, legumes, lettuce, potatoes, turnips) fruits (bananas, grapes, oranges, anything really), seeds, grains (brown rice/wheat).
Bread can be an awesome source of protein, just avoid the ones containing milk and you'll be iight.

i think its 2000 calories

you should drink protein shakes. take your weight divided by 2, multiply by 1.5, that is the grams of protein you should have.

There are protein drinks and protein bars but I highly suggest you not be so hung up on the no regular protein. Perhaps tuna or something preferably once a week. Soy and nut especially walnuts or almonds preferably most every day. That way you're getting some omega 3's. Red meat once a month is also recommended. You also must have good calcium intake especially at your age. You're putting your bones in jeapardy if you aren't careful. A famous Basketball star "Bill Walton" is or at least was a Vegetarian and he had some noticible problems with his foot bones. Certain types of protein are necessary to prevent various problems. (there are different types of protein to be had and they all can be good for you in different ways...)

I respect your motives behind being a vegetarian but ...

Too much of anything is bad...too much vegetarianism is one of them.
