I lost 9 pounds: please help!!?!

Question: i never... ever... lose weight or gain weight anymore. and this was a welcomed surprise for me, really :)

but now im scared to death ill gain it back and its all i can think about..

i used to struggle with eating disorders for a few years and it just stopped last year. but now after losing this weight, i remember how great it felt to lose weight.

but the truth is, i dont need to lose any weight, and after the weight loss and me freaking out lately about gaining it back.. ive noticed some eating habits from the start of my eating disorder coming back..

please help :( i really dont want that life again, i need advice, anything please :(

well, now that you have the right thinking, you're half way there!
since you want to gain the weight back to your normal and healthy weight, start eating right and persevere to correct your eating habits. it might be tough, so get support from your parents or siblings. you can also consult your doctor, (if you used to have one) and tell her/him about how your habits are coming back. it happens, but as long as you have the right thinking about how losing weight is going to affect you badly, you'll definitely be fine. you will need to start eating right, and engage yourself in some excercises if you are fit. this will give you a healthier mind, and you wont be so focused on how you are eating.

have faith in yourself. tell yourself this: you USED to have eating disorder, but now, you dont!

first of all, relax and breathe......sencond of all talk to someone, your mother a school counsler or a therapist, anyone you trust. they know you and would be the best option for advice. if you feel yourself start to panic, just breathe in 10 times slowly, take deep breaths each time

The only thing I think of to say is maybe talk to someone who knows your past and tell them exactly how you are feeling right now, im sure they will be there for you and help you out being at your side. It might calm your nerves a bit too!

Relax!! If you like to stay the way you are then do everything right! Drink water and eat the right stuff! Don't put your self down.
