I need to lose weight fast any tips?!

eliminate all carbs from your diet

Just eat a little healthier.
Maybe not LESS but eat more greens and healthy food.
And do about 30-100 crunches a day
I did that and Lost 15 pounds in a week

drink water (8 glasses of 8 oz)

exercise 4 times a week (cardio and weight training-the more muscle you have the easier fat can be burned)

eat a lot of green vegatables to boost matoblism

never skip a meal (especially breakfast-what you eat for breakfast starts your metabolism)

stay mentally motivated and tell yourself how great you look now and how better you will look later- having a bad out look on your body will make it harder to lose weight.

eat about 1300-1500 calories a day
