Is this a healthy breakfast?!?!


Question: I have been eating 1 mini arnold 100% whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese. I also will have an orange or banana. My friend recently told me that bagel's are not good, but I thought a whole wheat bagel was? What are some good healthy breakfast cereals, waffles, bagels, I need something that will fill me up...Thanks

Whole wheat is great for you.. whole wheat (whole grain) are GOOD carbs, which you NEED! white flour is bad carbs, like white bread, and plain bagels... tell your friend she was wrong :-)...

Wheat and whole grain are different. Whole grain is better. If you want to eat healthy confuse your body. Change up your carb intake. Keep your body guessing and that will keep your metabolism up. Report It

  • Eggs are a great breakfast and have been shown to curb your appetite. I have 3 egg whites, with some chicken and cheese.

    Tell your friend to go pound sand!!! That's a great breakfast. A little light on protein for me....I'd add a glass of skim or 1% fat milk. But all in all, it's well balanced and healthy.
    And there's nothing wrong with whole wheat bagels!

    ei girl, i cant comment on your breakfast cuz i dont know what a mini arnold bagel is (im from england). the banana or the orange are good no doubt about it.
    so u want something that will fill u up and its healthy -- well i have to recommend oatmeal. oatmeal is also known as porridge. the oatmeal contains a lot of carbohydrates and protein so its all good.

    that's a very good breakfast to start the day with,,

    Pancakes, waffles, toast, donuts, pastries, scones, bagels, pies, sugar cereals, breakfast bars - Too sugary or carb-filled.
