I need a fitness plan?!


Question: Hello. I need a fitness plan. I go to 24 Hour Fitness about 3 to 4 times a week and mainly stick to some of the aerobic, pilates, and yoga classes. But I want something a little different. The trainers are expensive and don't fit my tight budget at the moment.

What I want to do is tone my belly, be able to see more definition in my abs, and I want fast results. I was told by one of the trainers, "fast results would be to do 500 crunches every day for a week and I'll have a six pack - at least that's what Britney Spear's trainer has her do." I don't need to strain my back, because I do have occasional lower back pain and yoga helps with that.

Aside from ab tonage, I'd like upper body strength, build muscle in my arms and legs.

About me: I'm 26 years old. 5'4" and 115 lbs. I can't afford to lose weight as my metabolism is fast and working out would jeopardize my weight. I'm pretty good about balancing out a meal plan with my fitness plan, I just need a fitness plan that works

Ok no matter what you do fast results will not happen over night. It takes time effort conditioning
Working out proper diet. And with time yes you will defiantly see results. You would need lots of protein. No soda, very little curbs barely nothing. No eating after 6:00 pm. You have to eat 5 to 6 times a day very small portions. You can also do the spa to sweet it out. Crunches. Personally I don
