How unhealthy is this....?!

Question: Wednesday: medium caramel iced latte from dunkin donuts
2 turkey meat balls (they were small)
1/2 cup (cooked) rice

Thursday: only thing i drank that day was a can of redbull
about 15 french fries
a small piece of a piece of steak

Friday: 8 shrimps (large)
10 string beans
7 pieces of chopped water chestnuts
drank about 3 cups of cranberry juice (throughout the whole day)

Saturday: 3 pieces of sushi
2 pieces of sushimi (I'm not sure how to spell that)
all i drank all day was water

Sunday: 2 chocolate covered strawberries
1/2 cup of mashed potatoes
drank a cup of Black Spice Chi Tea

I usually eat less than i ate on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

I am 13 and 5'3" and I play soccer three times a week (practice Tuesdays and Thursdays and I have games on Saturdays)

look your diet isnt unhealthy at all, because your getting good foods in your system, if thats all you can eat well thats all you can eat, you should be eating more but did you know that the less calories you consume the younger you look? if your not looking to lose weight well go for it , are you losing weight no i know this because this is ho most people eat except for those who have big appetites like me.

on somedays i see that you do need maybey a few more calories maybey a 6 ounces of protien or 1 cup of carb and some veggies though

also by the way at your age i was eatinng 1 slice of cake a day, its typical for a teenager to be eating so little because they have better things to do than to be worrying about eating

You need to be eating WAY more. You are on the verge of becoming anorexic! To be healthy, I recommend eating at least 1400 calories a day-especially since you exercise from soccer.

no it is not healthy at all. You are not getting a balanced diet that consists of all the food groups. You need more fruit, whole wheat/grain bread, dairy, and definitly protein and veggies. I know you had some, but it is not enough. And to eat so little is not healthy at all. You should have small meals throughout the day of healthy things.

Omg woah, thats so lil!

i would suggest that not only is your diet unhealthy because it is unbalanced and far too low in calories for your activity level and age but not at all nutritionally balanced. If you have trouble eating more than this then i suggest you eat more frequently in small portions and that you ensure that what you do eat does not get bought at dunkin donuts...
Also if you regularly track your food to this extent it may be an idicator that your inability to keep food down is a psychosymatic symptom of unhealthy ideas about food.
Either way perhaps a nutritionist would be beneficial.

you dont eat enough..and when you do eat its not the right choices...drinks from dunkin donuts are pure sugar ...im not one to talk i drink coffee everyday with sugar but i drink it from home so i know exactly whats going into it...drinks from places like that are like drinking candy.....you might as well be eating a whole cake.
