Am I overtraining?!


Question: i lift shoulders, tris, and chest on monday and thursday. I lift legs back,and biceps on tuesday friday. I take wednesday and weekends off for weight training. Do you think i am allowing enough time for recovery? If not, what do you think I should do?

You're doing fine. More than enough down time for the muscle to rebuild. And a good choice in spliting your muscle groups.
Just be sure you're getting at least your bodyweight x 1.5 grams of protein daily. With that split routine of yours, you need it. Even on your off days.

i think your fine, just move your wednesday day off around every few weeks

example:
week 1- day of wed
week 2- day of thurs
week 3- day off fri
and so on

Wow.. You are hurting your muscles. You can't lift all of that each day.. you are hurting your muscles. This is how people get hurt.

your fine 4 days a week of different muscle groups is alright
