Fast Weight loss? Confused...! Help?!


Question: Well When i first started exercising on the 20th i was 181.2.. now today i am down to 177.6... how is that possible?

First day i played Dance Dance Revolution for about 3 or 4 hours.. (First day i got the game)
2nd day i played it for around a hour and a half.
3rd day i played it for about an hour and used a stationary bike for a hour and a half.
4th day i swam for about an hour.

I've finally been eating breakfast and cutting out soda.. (just yesterday though for the soda) I've been drinking a lot more water...

So in total in about 4 days i've lost 2.8 pounds.. How is that? i thought it takes longer to see results?

If it is your first time dieting and exercising like this then you will lose weight quickly.

That is entirely possible to lose weight fast in the beginning and then you might slow down. You can begin losing weight fast in the beginning. It really depends on each person.
