Food question?!

Question: I typically eat really well... Lots of veggies, soy, water, etc. etc.

However when I PMS I can't help but to eat junk. And I have an appetite of a monster!

I know a lot of women get like this... (although my roommate never does... she's so lucky!)...

Should I be concerned about that week of french-fries and chocolate interfering with my typically healthy lifestyle?

I still hit the gym during that time of the month... I just eat a lot of crap!

Opinions welcome! Thanks :)

I think one week of pigging out during a month is okay. the rest of the month you are eating healthy and exercising is a plus! You shouldn't beat yourself up too bad for eating comforting foods when you are PMS.. If anything that is the week to pamper yourself. Dealing with PMS is already hard enough to add diet and exercise into the equation for me would be torturous. lol

I don't think you should be concerned at all, just remember to drink a lot of water and stay away from soda during this time of the month! Since you say you are a pretty healthy person, you probably already know that soda dehydrates you and water keeps you hydrated, but yeah just make sure you follow up on that :)

no... as long as it doesn't make you run to the bathroom all the time no... you crave what your body needs at the moment and if you eat so healthy the rest of the month then you really are just flushing everything out again so have your time and munch!

ewwwww. that is soooooooooo grossssssss. don't u dare ask another question again u gross person. eww
