12 year old, very over weight, Needs HELP!!?!


Question: Ok, 180 pounds. 12 year olds. I know its not healthy at all, and whats the best way to lose this by june or at so its the normal 12 year old weight of 115 - [lower, depending on height.] My goal by june is 130, so how do i get there or close to there by june?

1.- eat healthier( NO JUNK FOOD NOR FAST FOOD)
2.- drink alot of water that will clean up your system
3.- do lots of cardio!! (walk, run, jog or use the bike)
DONT EAT SUGAR, NONE........
EAT FATFREE YOUGURT

First and foremost, start eating healthy.Cut back on all your portions, this does NOT mean stop eating meals, that's the worse you can to, because your body will start storing all that it can, and you'll only gain weight. Get at least 30 minutes a day of exercise. And to be realistic, there's no way you can lose that much in such a short length of time, not the healthy way, and not keeping it off. Speak to your doctor about any weight loss program before you start.
