Run two days on then one rest day. Run first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then eat afterwards. Running on an empty stomach burns fat. Running after you eat just burns the carbs you just ate. Run in intervals, which would be sprint for 15-20 seconds about 90 percent effort and then walk or slowly jog, depending on your fitness level, for 30 seconds...do this and youll see results!

To lose fat you need to do lots of cardio...such as jogging/interval running/biking.

To tone up you should do some strength training. This will take a little longer to see results so I would say to go with 45 minutes of cardio a day to really ramp up some results.

you dont have much time to lose a lot of weight or build muscle tone as this usually shows after 6 weeks..doing sit-ups will help and jogging for 20 minutes 3 times a week..drink plenty of water and u will feel more confident too..

the truth is...
treat weight training like cardio and cardio like weight training.
depending on your weight...etc...doing weight training can make you burn up to 1000 calories in an hour where as cardio can only make you burn 600-800...theres a big difference there...

weight train 4-5 times a week and do cardio for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week.
