Get up in the morning and drop to the floor and do at least 25 push-ups.And then do 25 sit-ups or crunches And then do 25 squats.And then go through the same routine one more time.And then begin your day.This should only take less than 10 minutes everyday.
Pushups are always a good exercise 50 in the morning and 50 at night with some pull ups here and there will get you nice abs
