Which exercise will get rid of love handles and back rolls?!

Question: Walking/running/jogging will get rid of over all fat, but to get rid of my love handles, I do side, front, back leans. I will try and explain. Start standing up straight, then lean the top half of your body to the left. You should feel the burn on the right side. Do the same thing for the other side. Then you work on the back, I would lean forward towards my toes. If you want to work on the lower tummy in the front, put your hands on your hips and lean back. I do at least 20 on each side/day and I no longer have love handles or a back roll.

You cant burn fat from a specific area, you have to burn it all around. The biggest fat burner is running. get to running id say.

Any form of cardio will address fat. One of the biggest myths of weightloss is you can target area fat loss. Not true. Cardio exercise burns fat (wherever your body chooses to lose it first), and will ultimately target your problem areas (where fat is stored).

yes like the person above me said, but you have to sweat it out!!!!!! cardio like running brisk walking etc

Spot reduction is a myth.
i.e. Doing lots of crunches will NOT burn fat around your stomach.

Basically, you should cut out some fatty foods from your diet, eat more veggies, and do the "usual" exercises (sit-ups, crunches, push-ups, jumping jacks, cycling, etc.) at least 3 times a week. You'll burn calories and start to lose body fat. You need to have patience because this doesn't happen overnight.
