I'm afraid there is no real quick, safe solution, but if you follow the equation below you will lose some and feel heathier.

Increase your water intake- this is a key part of losing weight. and you gain so many benefits with it, gorgeous skin and you will honestly feel better.

Apart from a good diet, lowering yr carb intake will also help. I eat 2 slices of toast in the morning - for energy - but all potatoes, rice, pasta has been cut from diet. Exercise well, that will burn loads of calories. Good Luck.

If your looking to lose weight healthy here are steps you can do:

Breakfast: whole grain cereals, toast (whole grain bread), fruit, multivitamins and minerals (great for overall health) and 2 glasses of water.

coffee breaks: fruit, vegetables, protein snacks, herbal tea (great for energy and weightloss) and 1 glass of water. (if your a coffee drinker cut down to 2 a day).

Lunch: soup is always good nutrition, sandwich made with whole grain bread stacked high with greens and your choice of lean meat. Grilled cheese is good too. Don't forget fruit. 2 glasses of water. Multivitamins and minerals.

Never skip a meal, snack more often with healthier choices(fruits, vegetables, protein snacks). Alot of people don't realize when adding vitamins and minerals can make a huge difference.

I lost 56 lbs. with Herbalife and following a program just like the one above but also added supplements and exercise daily.

eat 500 cal less then that drink alot of water and exersize 1hr a day i lost 30lbs in 3months

try high protine low cal stuff like tuna and chickn

Run everyday, lift weights like every 2 days or so. watch what you eat. drink a lot of water, not a lot when your excersising, that can thin your blood and kill you be careful. and dont burn more calories than you eat like the other guy said. that will make you sick. you need calories, when ur excersising u should have an intake of about 2500- 3000 calories a day. you wanna burn about 500- 1000.

oh, and also keep in mind the things that we get tired of docotrs telling us, eat tons of fruits, vegitables and lean meats and exercize daily :)

You'd maybe lose that much if you died... depends whether being alive and healthy is more important OR whether its just the quick results you care about.

You cannot lose 30 lbs in 2 months - think more along the lines of 8-12 lbs in that amount of time.

Stick to 1400 cals per day.

There really is no guaranteed quick way but the best and most reliable way is portion control and exercise. You really can eat whatever you want as long as you use self-control and good common sense. And work off more calories than you consume. I knew a guy that lost a ton of weight by using a small bowl for all of his meals. He was able to eat a single portion of whatever fit in the bowl. And, as always, drink lots of liquids without sugar; water and green tea are great choices.
