Whats the easiest way to lose weight? im at stay at home mother of three and don!

Question: You should try to eat smaller portion of the foods your usually eat, and get more whole grains, fruits, and veggies. I have recently lost weight and the key really is portion control. You shouldn't deprive yourself--it will just make you overeat in the long run. Also, you have to exercise. Try walking--its good for you and you can do it with your kids. You can walk around your neighborhood or at the park. You should also do strength training like crunches, lunges, squats, triceps dips, etc. so you won't have excess skin as you lose weight. Fitness Magazine and its website have a lot of quick effective workouts that do not require a lot of time or equipment, but they are still very effective. Good luck; I hope this helps!

Your best bet is to cut down on your calorie intake and get some exercise. Refrain from reaching for that donut or the freezer containing the ice cream and, by all means, stay away from the carrot cake layered with thick frosting. If that doesn't work, try increasing your calorie intake in case your metabolism works in reverse.

i would say with three at home keeping up with them should give you plenty of exercise. so i guess try to cut down on eating while fixing their meals.

Take your kids to places where you have to chase them around a lot.
