What is your favorite smoothie to wake up to in the morning?!


Question: cup of skim milk or soy milk, dannon light 90 calorie yogurt with 1/2 bannana, splash of OJ and strawberries or blueberries. Add ice and a tablespoon of flax seed powder(not grains) and protein powder. You can also use low caloried frozen yogurt.

Well, here goes....mine would be a handsome man whispering smoothies in my ear

I like to drink my own "snowball" smoothies. When the contents dribble all down my face, I just feel so alive.

If I had one, it'd probably be a strawberry banana smoothie. YUM!
