Was this more? easy points*?!


Question: this is my food today:

lowfat cottage cheese + cup hot chocolate (i know its 300 kcals)

1/2 pound strawberries

pasta with seafood and marinara sauce (it was in a restaurant so a pretty big serving and i ate like 3/5 of it)

1/2 pound strawberries again

salad (lettuce, tomato, some cucumber, some shrimp and one hard boiled egg)

ice crem 230 kcals

do u think i did 1800 or it was more than that?
i rly need help, thank u =)

no, i think you counted correct.

more because the restaurants food probably had 1000 in it alone. Did you have any soda with it, because if you did taht adds quite a bit of cals.

You might have. But, the foods you chose don't look that healthy.

Sounds like a great, healthy meal plan. However, I do not count calories exactly. I just balance it out. You know what is high or what is low in caloric intake. I believe it is more important that you enjoy your food. Take your time and savor every bite. Relax and chew, engage in conversation. The more you allow yourself to relax and chew your food, the easier it is to digest.

The rest is just exercise! Stay active with doing more of the things you already enjoy. Walking, swimming, dancing, etc. For me this list just goes on and on...
