OMG i ATE soo much chocolate!?!


Question: im 13 and i try to eat healthy and today I ate like a pound of chocolate and i havent overeaten for more than a month! i'll prolly gain like a pound or something... do u think anyone will notice? and how should i loose it? if i eat 1500-1600 calories for like a week will i loose that freaking pound? im 5 feet1, 90 pounds?

not to worry. you'll be fine. 1 pound is not that bad so what you will be 91 pounds!. no one will notice, dont obsess. just exercise if you want to lose the weight! good luck:)

you'll be fine. we all have days where we eat too much. no one will notice. don't try to compensate by starving yourself for the next few days; just forget about the chocolate.

Considering that you are 13 and 90 pounds, you are so not overweight!! And it is okay if you gain a pound or two, wont make much difference. (:

your 13 and your metabolism is great at this age lol, worry about eating too much chocolate when your in your 30s!

Exercise 3-4 times a week. You can pick up any exercise whichever you like: Walking,swimming etc. Don't give up: eat healthy and exercise. You can start exercising with 5 Min's and you can increase it gradually.You can have your favorite foods once a week but in moderation. If you will avoid eating it then you will end up eating more just like you did.
But portion control is very important in weight loss.
