Fried or Scrambled Eggs?!
Question: I'm trying to get more protein, and lose weight at the same time for wrestling, and after looking around I came to the conclusion that eggs are very good for both of those (Protein and Weight Loss). So back to my original question - Fried or Scrambled? Which one is healthier? Thanks!

try boiling them and when there done take the yolk out and eat the whites its fast and easy and tastes good too
dude think about it... you heat a pan and put the egg in.. whether you break the yolk and mix it... or you just leave it to fry in the pan... you aren't adding anything to it.. so why would one be healthier than the other

If you want to healthier, take out some or all yolks. Or you can use 3 egg whites with one yolk. The yolk are too high cholesterol. There is no matter to do fried or scrambeld to eat them.
