Go to the gym regularly, and take up a sport like swimming.
Don't eat unhealthy foods.

Cut down on your calories and burn more calories off through exercise. Either that or get used to it.

there's no quick fix to gaining the figure you want, a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, ie, plenty of working out, walking etc...

you have to find a physical activity you enjoy....jogging..running...soccer.. if you sit on the coach all day your calorie intake should be reduced...and if your overweight when you feel hungry...try a banana and a appple and the hunger will go away your brain may want a BIg mac but don't do it..

You will burn fat evenly over your entire body. For instance you cannot lose fat in your stomach buy just doing sit up. I recommend you exercise using the biggest muscles in your body in your legs. But weight loss is more complex than that. Choose a diet and live it (see your doctor to choose one since your friend is only 13) and there are genetic predispositions as to the body habitus you will develop. Watch doing improper diets at this age since she may miss her growth spurt if she is not fed properly.

if she's 13 "ur friend" she should b proud of her size not hate it, but if its really that bad than just take her 2 the gym & work out together its much better than work'n alone!dont just work on her tommy do other things 2 so u can lose wat eva u want 2!!!!

Well I think starchy carby foods store on your stomach so she could try cuttuing them out, and sucking her tummy in alot will tense her muscles and tone, but it won't hurt like sit ups.

Leave it in a room and run off.
